The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from the delivery date by sending an email with their request to: [email protected].
Return shipping costs are entirely the buyer’s responsibility.
The return shipment must match the same quality and standards used for the original delivery.
If the shipping method chosen by the buyer is not suitable to preserve the artwork and results in any damage or compromised integrity, no refund will be issued.
All customized orders (frames, custom sizes on request, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Refunds are issued once the artwork has been returned and inspected.

Il cliente ha il diritto di recedere dall’acquisto entro 30 giorni dalla data di consegna, inviando una email con la propria richiesta a: [email protected].
Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione sono interamente a carico del cliente.
La spedizione di reso deve rispettare la stessa qualità e gli stessi standard utilizzati per la consegna originale.
Se il metodo di spedizione scelto dal cliente non è adeguato a preservare l’opera e comporta danni o ne compromette l’integrità, non verrà emesso alcun rimborso.
Tutti gli ordini personalizzati (cornici, formati su richiesta, ecc.) sono esclusi dal diritto di recesso.
I rimborsi vengono emessi una volta che l’opera è stata restituita e ispezionata.
